The SofTA Model 100 Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (ELSD) provides superior HPLC detection priced to replace ultraviolet (UV) detection. This low cost ELSD detects a wide variety of chemical classes and structures, is stable during gradient elutions, and respond to the relative mass of the analyte. It is extremely easy to use. With preprogrammed operating conditions; no optimization required. Just connect a gas supply, exhaust, column outlet and data system. Start the pump, equilibrate, auto-zero and inject. It’s that simple. Obtain reproducibility better than 2%RSD, detection limits as low as 25ng, and 4 orders of magnitude, 25ng to 0.25mg.
