Monitoring of Synthesized Compound with ELSD

 

The following data  shows usefulness of the SofTA ELSD compared with UV detector. As G-OMe does not have UV absorbance, it is difficult to monitor this synthesis reaction with UV detector.

G-OMe(Glycine methylester) + Boc-F (Butoxy phenylalanine) = Boc-F-G-OMe
